Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson has worked in the Real Estate industry for over 30 years,  he served 5 years, as a one of the Real Estate  Tax Commissioners for the government of the District of Columbia, as an administrative judge,  settling tax appeals for over 5500 commercial properties in the District of Columbia. As a Real Estate agent, he is experienced in both residential and commercial transactions.

Over the course of the last 20 years, he served the educational community, as a professor at the University of the District of Columbia's Architectural Research Institute accrediting, and teaching EPA and OSHA courses for certifications for licensing required for performing  scopes of work, and inspections for EPA /OSHA hazardous agents. He performed this work in the District of Columbia for the Department of Housing and Community Development, and Department of Energy and Environment, as an inspector. 

Michael Jackson is instrumental in the development of a new OSHA course, coupled with medical personnel for the containment and decontamination of Biological Hazardous Agents, first responders and building personnel working at "Public Space Facilities.  Completed  prior to the advent of Covid-19 the manual was updated in 2020. The government of the District of Columbia. Department of Human Services contractors retrofit four hotels to house Covid patients during the Covid-19 pandemic used the process.
